Our goal is to ensure that the items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

All products sold on speesion.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 14 business days. If you have not received your products after this time, you are entitled to a full refund after a postal inspection.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Before shipping your order, normally SPEESION needs to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Shipping Time & Shipping Fee

Speesions provide a free standard shipping service for all online orders.
Shipping time varies by region/logistics, but it takes an average of 3-8 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

United States (52 of 62 states):

Delivery time 15 working days: Free shipping

United States (10 of 62 states):

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

Before the product has been a ship, we can arrange an unconditional refund for you. For any order cancellations, you may contact us on the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.

About Tax

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges.
